Those wacky Banzai people phoned me up the other day and persuaded me to take part in one of their zany gambling scenarios... involving a bloke in a hospital bed... a hollowed out copy of Posh Spices autobiography - containing a cigarette.... and a collection of cheap and nasty '10 for a quid' fag lighters.
