Saw Hugh Cornwell last night in Southampton... fuckin great set... hes really got it together - fab new album "Hi-Fi', kosher touring band and radio play in the States.

Had a nice chat backstage before he went on, but I had to disagree with him when he suggested that I was looking... "a bit like that TV detective bloke....you know - Dutch and all that... what was his name now..? Ah yes - Van Der Valk!"

Tell me it aint so folks.... 'Hi-Fi" comes highly recommended from yours truly playmates... and gawd bless Hugh - a decent chap, blah blah!
