On Friday 8 December, Steve Lamacq returns to the legendary BBC Maida Vale studios for the annual 6 Music Christmas party, and this year we’re painting the holiday season PUNK!

The Dammed will be performing live ahead of their huge tour in 2018 and will be joined by fellow punk pioneers Ruts DC, who’ll be providing us with a second blistering live performance. Brix Smith Start, ex-member of The Fall, will be behind the decks spinning some classic punk tunes in between sets and football legend Stuart Pearce will be there to tell us all about his devotion to punk.

We have a limited number of pairs of tickets available for this event that will be distributed by random draw with 80% of tickets going to Greater London postcodes and 20% going to the rest of the UK.

You can register for tickets at any time until 7pm on Tuesday 28 November.

Applicants must be 16 or over. Photographic ID will be required. Those aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Entrance is subject to capacity. The BBC reserves the right to refuse admission.

**Please note this is a standing audience.**

Admission to this event will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that as not everyone who asks for tickets uses them, to make sure we have a full house we send out more tickets than there are places. We do our best to get the numbers right, but unfortunately we occasionally have to disappoint people so please arrive early.
